Karen was very active, frequently making time to see new listings. She listened very, very well. We would tell her what we wanted and she paid attention to that. Maybe more importantly, she listened to us when we viewed a home, paying attention to what we liked and didn't like and her suggestions to us changed as she listened. (Most of us find it hard to be comprehensive or clear at the outset of the buying process.) This is very important in the process of finding a new home. Karen suggested some attorneys, some lenders and various other persons who made the process possible. They were all very good. Buying a home is very stressful!! Karen made things so much easier and pleasant. She truly cares and takes a vested interest in everything she does. She pays close attention to what your needs and wants are and asks all the right questions. She not only cares but she is very organized so that you don't have to think about anything except showing up. She is also very knowledgeable - I never had a question that was not answered whether on the spot or immediately after she was able to research the information that was needed.
